Subsequently, Yang Maoshan, former Deputy Mayor of Jining Municipal People's Government, and Qu Qing, Chairman of China Coal Group, jointly unveiled the Jining Enterprise and Entrepreneurs Federation.

At the ceremony, the host announced the list of the first association president unit, President, Vice president unit and Vice president elected by the first member congress of the Economic Ning Enterprise and Entrepreneur Federation. Qu Qing, Chairman of China Coal Group, was elected as the chairman of the federation.
