Maintenance of vulnerable parts of concrete mixer

Concrete mixers are prone to wear and tear due to long-term mixing of hard and semi-hard concrete materials, and the general concrete mixers are in a bad environment, which requires operators to maintain regularly. Common maintenance of vulnerable parts of concrete mixer is as follows:

Operators need to pay attention to the following points:

1. Whether the transmission gear, reduction box and chain should be fully lubricated as required;

2. The stirring cylinder runs smoothly with no looseness of lining plate and blade

3. Whether the sound of the transmission part is normal or not, and whether there is heat or oil leakage in the reduction box and bearing;

4. Whether the belt tightness is appropriate or not, and the middle subsidence of the transmission chain shall not be greater than 20mm;

5. Whether the steel wire rope is worn or not, and whether the connection is firm or not;

6. Whether the performance of the brake and clutch is good or not, and whether the brake disc is badly worn, whether it needs to be replaced or not.

Daily maintenance work is as follows:

1. Oil the shaft end of the mixer regularly when the main engine is started according to the regulations, so as to ensure the long-term normal operation of the oil seal structure;

2. Check whether other refueling points, such as each rotation, rotating wheel and track, need refueling.

3. Check vulnerable parts, such as lining plate, blade and stirring arm, and adjust or replace them in time.
